For companies or individuals who would like to quickly have rapid prototypes made, we offer solid modeling and rapid prototyping services.   Using the latest technology, we are able to accurately and quickly produce prototypes of any part with dimensions smaller than 8" x 8" x 12" with an accuracy of better than 0.010".  Larger parts can be produced in sections and joined after production.  Parts are created with a tough ABS resin that is fully functional, enabling the the testing of form, fit, and function.  Parts, assemblies, and products can be tested and modified before expensive molds are made to significantly reduce design and tooling costs.

For companies and individuals who use CAD software for their design work, we accept most solid model file formats (native SolidWorks & AutoDesk Inventor, SAT, STL, IGES, etc.).  Please call us for pricing and estimated turn around times on rapid prototypes.  Solid part files can be emailed or mailed to us on CD.  For those who do not yet use solid modeling or 3D design software, we offer cost-effective design services to efficiently convert concepts into fully functional parts within any specified design constraints.  This gives you the ability to test the functionality, usefulness, or marketability to a new part, assembly, or product prior to investing in production runs.  It also can act to minimize costly mistakes and unfortunate product development ventures.

Our Confidentiality Policy...

Absolutely all information, including any submitted concepts, designs, trade secrets, and artwork is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties or used for purposes other than necessary to complete the requested services, regardless of whether or not a Confidentiality Agreement is signed.  However, please feel free to email or fax Confidentiality Agreements to us if you desire.  We understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality with new vendors and customers and are happy to put our policies and guarantees in writing.

We fully understand the concerns and reluctance that are commonly associated with the disclosure of new products, inventions, and ideas.  With or without a confidentiality agreement, you can rest assured that all product disclosures and design information is kept strictly confidential.  We are happy to sign confidentiality agreements with all clients and discuss our policies in further detail.  If you do not yet have a confidentiality agreement but wish to use one, please feel free to use our generic confidentiality agreement (in Microsoft Word format) by clicking on the link below and changing all fields highlighted in red as applicable.  If you would like added assurance regarding our confidentiality policy, please show this agreement to an attorney for review.
